Hard chrome plating is one of the most cost-effective ways to extend the life of shafts, rams, rollers, cylinder bores and precision tooling. Deposited in tightly controlled conditions, it forms a hard, low-friction, corrosion-resistant surface that can be ground back to exact tolerances.
Neway operates an in-house hard-chrome line built originally to support our own machine production. We have opened that capacity to external customers who need a deposit done right — and done on time.

Two production tanks, the larger of which accommodates work up to 3.5 metres in length and 600 mm in diameter.
From 25 microns for repair work up to 500 microns for build-up applications, with stress-relief baking on request.
Typical micro-hardness 850–1000 HV with consistent grain structure verified on test coupons.
Centreless and cylindrical grinding to drawing tolerance, plus mirror polish where Ra below 0.2 is required.
Bath chemistry is checked every shift. Current density is logged against time for every job, giving traceable deposition rates. Each batch is sampled with a test coupon for hardness and adhesion verification before parts are released for grinding. Hydrogen-embrittlement relief baking is offered as standard on parts above 30 HRC base hardness.
For a quotation, send us the part drawing or a sketch with: base material, finished diameter and length, target plating thickness, surface finish requirement, and the quantity. Walk-in customers in Lahore are welcome.
