The Dany-01 was developed for workshops processing crankshafts in volume — fleet rebuild centres, OEM service operations, and railway depots. Hydraulically operated infeed, automatic dressing and a fully enclosed work zone reduce operator workload to little more than load-and-start.
Two grinding wheel sizes are available depending on journal diameter and shaft length.
